Ffurflen ganiatad / Consent Form:

Bydd angen ffurflen ganiatad ar bob plentyn cyn iddynt allu ymuno â'r sesiynau byw.  Os oes angen un arnoch chi, cysylltwch â Mrs Thomas neu Mrs Turner.

Each child will need a consent form completed before they are able to join the live sessions.  If you need one, contact Mrs Thomas or Mrs Turner.

Methu ymuno â'r cyfarfod / Can't join the meeting:

Mae ambell un wedi cael trafferth wrth geisio ymuno â'r cyfarfodydd Teams.  Mae'n debyg weithiau bod yr oedolyn wedi mewngofnodi i gyfrif Hwb y plentyn, ond mae cyfrif Office365 yr oedolyn dal wedi mewngofnodi hefyd.  Gwiriwch wrth i chi mewngofnodi'ch plentyn i Hwb nad yw eich cyfrif chi dal yn ymddangos yn Office365. Os mae hyn yn digwydd, allgofnodwch eich cyfrif chi a mewngofnodwch fel y plentyn eto.  Gobeithio bydd hynny'n datrys y broblem!

Some have been having some issues joining the Teams meetings.  It seems that sometimes adults have been logging into their child's Hwb account, but the adult's Office365 account has still been logged in too. Check when you log your child into Hwb that it says their name within Office365 and not yours, then if it is showing your name, log out and back in to the child's account again.  This should hopefully solve the problem!

Gweld pawb ar y sgrîn / Seeing everyone on the screen:

Er mwyn gweld pawb ar y sgrin, mae angen bod ar y cyfrifiadur a lawrlwytho'r 'Desktop app'. Does dim modd gwneud hyn ar y ffôn/tablet ar hyn o bryd. Yn 'Teams' ar y cyfrifiadur fe fyddwch chi'n gweld opsiwn i lawrlwytho'r 'Desktop app' fel yn y llun isod ar y chwith ar waelod y sgrin.  Byddwch yn gallu gweld pawb trwy wneud hwn!

In order to see everyone on the screen, you need to be on the computer and download the 'Desktop app'.  There is no way to do this on your phone/tablet at the moment.  In 'Teams' on the computer, you will see an option to download the 'Desktop app' on the bottom left as in the picture below.  You will be able to see everyone through this!
